For the People of Dubai
In 2023, I was appointed as the on-site Creative Art Director and Consultant – integrated within the Euvic MEA international team – to lead the redefinition of the Dubai Police brand identity. Throughout 2023–2024, we prepared a sophisticated brand evolution governed by a rigorous strategic framework, purposefully engineered to align with the Dubai 2030 Vision. The team was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end brand development and the creation of its complex visual architecture.
Beyond the visual transformation, we architected a comprehensive campaign calendar and pioneered new creative process standards to optimize design workflows. To ensure sustainable growth and accountability, we implemented a robust framework for measuring campaign impact, effectively translating qualitative creative output into actionable, quantifiable data.
The Strategic Foundation
Following over two weeks of intensive strategic and branding workshops – engaging a diverse task force from across the entire Dubai Police hierarchy – we synthesized our findings into a comprehensive strategic blueprint.
Developed in strict alignment with the Department of Excellence’s requirements, this document acted as the definitive roadmap for all subsequent design and development phases.
Dubai Police Brand Manual Refresh
The inaugural stage of the design process focused on the critical evolution of the existing brand guidelines. In close collaboration with the Dubai Police team, we meticulously adapted the brand’s communication principles to satisfy new strategic objectives, immediate operational needs, and the latest technological requirements.
This ensured the visual language was not only updated but fully optimized for a digital-first, future-facing security force.

A cornerstone of the Dubai Police calendar is the Officer Swearing-in Ceremony – a prestigious event marking the transition of new recruits into the force. To honor this pivotal milestone, we developed the "Proudly" communication platform: a dedicated strategic framework designed to celebrate institutional excellence, foster national pride, and resonate with both the force and the community at large.
Awareness Campaigns
The brand’s reach extends across a diverse spectrum of critical public touchpoints. Our team spearheaded the strategic messaging for a wide array of high-impact initiatives, including emergency service awareness, road safety, coastal security, and cybersecurity.
Furthermore, we managed the complex communication requirements for large-scale public events, such as New Year’s Eve celebrations and specialized safety campaigns regarding the regulated use of pyrotechnics – ensuring that every interaction reinforced the force’s core values of safety and service.

Social and Internal Campaigns
Beyond large-scale public safety initiatives, the strategy encompasses targeted programs designed to engage and integrate specific demographics through community activation. By leveraging sporting and cultural events, we created platforms that foster social assimilation and active civic participation.
Simultaneously, we redefined the force’s internal brand architecture. This strategic focus ensures that both uniformed and civilian personnel are aligned with the organization’s evolution, providing clear roadmaps for development paths, new internal digital communication tools, and maintaining high engagement with institutional milestones.
